User Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to "BlockMono" (hereinafter "the App"). Before you start using the services provided by the App, please carefully read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Account and Usage

1. The App can be played without registration; your game data (scores, progress, coins, boosters, settings) is stored locally on your device.

2. The App integrates Apple Game Center leaderboards. When you sign in to Game Center, we use only the player identifier and display name provided by Apple to recognize you on-device and display leaderboards. We do not maintain a separate cloud account system, and the current version provides no cloud saves or cross-device synchronization.

3. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and Game Center account, and for all activities that occur under them.

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Assets (Coins)

1. The App contains In-App Purchases. You may purchase in-app virtual currency "Coins" (including various bundles) through the Apple App Store. Coins are consumable products.

2. Scope of Coin Usage: The Coins you purchase and hold may only be consumed within the "BlockMono" App to enjoy services, such as refilling boosters (Shuffle, Hint, Undo, Erase) and reviving during a game.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Statement: All Coins and virtual assets successfully purchased via the Apple App Store, once sold, are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable for fiat currency, non-transferable between users, and cannot be used for any purpose outside the App, except as mandated by applicable laws and Apple's policies. If you dispute a charge, you must contact Apple Official Customer Support directly.

3. User Conduct and Fair Play

1. You must not use any cheat tools, automation scripts, emulator exploits, or other technical means to maliciously farm Coins, manipulate leaderboard scores, or undermine the game's normal economy and fairness.

2. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App, nor tamper with or interfere with the normal communication and billing flows of Game Center and StoreKit.

3. If behavior that undermines fair play or interferes with normal operation is detected, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including clearing the relevant on-device data.

4. Service Suspension or Termination

1. The App's core gameplay runs offline. However, features such as leaderboards, achievements, and in-app purchases rely on Apple's Game Center and App Store services, whose availability depends on Apple's service status.

2. If certain features become unavailable due to force majeure or Apple third-party service failures, we will do our best to assist, but are not liable to the extent permitted by law for losses not caused by our direct negligence.

5. License and Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to all designs, code, graphic content, UI interactions, and brand assets in the App belong to the BlockMono Development Team. Without prior written permission, no one may reverse engineer, plagiarize, or use them for any commercial purpose.
