Welcome to "ChessHop" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before you start using the services provided by the App, please carefully read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
1. The App supports usage through "Guest Mode" or "Sign in with Apple".
2. If you choose to Sign in with Apple, part of your game data (e.g., game progress, star ratings, ELO rating, in-app virtual assets) will be bound to your account and stored on our cloud servers for cross-device synchronization.
3. You are responsible for keeping your account safe and for all activities that occur under your account.
1. The App contains In-App Purchases. You can top up and purchase in-app virtual currency "Credits" (including various supplies and packs) through the Apple App Store.
2. Scope of Credit Usage: The Credits you purchase and hold are strictly for consumption and enjoying services within the "ChessHop" App (e.g., challenging specific levels, using hints, using the undo function).
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Statement: All virtual currency and assets successfully purchased via the Apple App Store, once sold, are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable for fiat currency, non-transferable between users, and cannot be used for any purpose outside the App, except as mandated by applicable laws and Apple's policies. If you dispute a charge, you must contact Apple Official Customer Support directly.
1. The App includes an AI intelligent contextual dialogue system. The AI coach's remarks may involve game reviews and emotional interactions.
2. You should understand that the AI dialogue generation is based on Large Language Model (LLM) services, and the relevant answers do not represent the position of our team. You must not induce the AI to generate any statements that violate local laws and regulations, or are pornographic, political, violent, or insulting (Prompt Injection).
3. You must not use any physical or software-level external cheating tools or engines (such as external chess engines) in the App to maliciously acquire Credits and ELO points. Once a behavior of maliciously destroying game fairness or interfering with normal game operation is found, we have the right to ban the offending account or clear its data.
1. We may regularly or irregularly perform maintenance or upgrades on the App's servers and functional systems, during which short-term service interruptions may occur.
2. If some services are unavailable or virtual asset data is affected due to force majeure or unforeseen third-party service failures (such as Apple server providers, AI model API providers), we will try our best to fix it, but we are exempt from liability for losses not caused by our direct negligence.
The intellectual property rights of all designs, codes, graphic content, UI interactions, and brand assets in the App belong to the ChessHop Development Team. Without prior written permission, no one may reverse engineer, plagiarize, or use them for any commercial purposes.
